Approach

Strategy without execution is just a presentation.

Every engagement runs through four stages. Each stage has a defined output, so you can see progress — and stop at any point with something useful in hand.

  1. 01

    Understand

Start with the business, not the tools.

    OutputCurrent-state map
  2. 02

    Simplify

Identify the few changes that matter most.

    OutputPrioritised opportunities
  3. 03

    Transform

Connect people, process, marketing and technology.

    OutputRoadmap + working changes
  4. 04

    Measure

Judge results against KPIs agreed up front.

Stage 01

Understand

→What happens

Interviews with the people who do the work and the people who sign it off. Review of customers, goals, processes, channels, tools, data and constraints.

→Questions I ask

Where does time go? Where does revenue leak? What have you already tried, and why didn’t it stick?

→You receive

A current-state map of processes, channels and systems that everyone agrees is accurate.

Stage 02

Simplify

→What happens

Every opportunity is scored on value, effort and risk. Most of the list gets cut — usually three to five changes carry most of the value.

→Questions I ask

What would we stop doing? What’s the simplest version that works? Would plain automation solve this without AI?

→You receive

A prioritised opportunity list with rough cost and expected impact for each item.

Stage 03

Transform

→What happens

A phased roadmap, then delivery: configuring automations, selecting platforms, briefing agencies and developers, training the team.

→Questions I ask

Who owns this after launch? What changes in how the team works — not just which tool it uses?

→You receive

A roadmap with owners and dates, plus working changes in production.

Stage 04

Measure

→What happens

Results are compared against the KPIs agreed in Stage 01 — time saved, cost per lead, conversion, response speed.

→Questions I ask

Did it move the number? What did the team learn? What should we do next?

→You receive

A KPI review that feeds straight into the next cycle.

Engagements

Seven fixed-scope ways to start.

Each has a defined output. Durations are typical and depend on the size of the organisation; scope and fee are agreed in writing before work starts.

Not sure which fits? That’s what the discovery call is for — 30 minutes is usually enough to tell.

Next step

Bring one business problem. Leave with a clear next step.

A 30-minute call is enough to tell whether AI, automation, marketing or a technology change is the right lever — and what it would take.
